As a member of our Drug Development Program Management practice, we will rely on your ability to lead, implement and deliver projects to our clients in the life sciences field. Our goal is to identify projects where you live, in order to keep travel as limited as possible.

We are looking for you to :
Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of several projects or one large project.Understand how to assess team development and set up processes to build strong cohesive project teams.Contribute to effectively planning projects that balance scope, schedule, budget, and quality.Effectively execute communication strategies.Effectively utilize MS Project, SharePoint, and other collaboration or planning tools to drive project oversight and management.Utilize experience leading complex matrixed environmentsBuild rapport and assert influence across a variety of disciplinesPossess or obtain a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives.Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects.Business Development

Advanced Degree (Masters, Ph.D., PharmD) in Life Sciences FieldCAPM Certification, PMP Certification, or equivalent preferredAt least 5 years of strong project management, cross-functional experience directly at a Global Pharmaceutical companyDeep drug development experience (Post IND – Commercialization)Experience in a complex therapeutic area (Oncology, CNS, Rare Disease)5+ years program management experience leading complex pharmaceutical projects in a multi-disciplinary, global environmentDemonstrated ability to positively influence outcomes, key project decisions, and strategic problem-solvingProven success moving assets across different phasesConsulting experience preferredExperience with the following : Development of project plans, ability to update detailed budget and resource tracking tools, ability to aptly navigate and create documents in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VisioExceptional interpersonal skillsTravel may be required dependent upon the engagement.
