Fire Protection Services is looking for an organized and efficient Fire Alarm Coordinator to act as the member of our Customer Service team who is responsible for scheduling fire alarm inspections, repairs, service calls, and assisting internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have good time management and organizational capabilities and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.  Specific Job Responsibilities Include :

• Managing the Fire Alarm calendar to ensure that the calendar is full and the needs of both new and existing customers are being met.
• Ensuring customer information is collected, recorded, maintained and updated.  Serving as the main point of contact and support for the Fire Alarm Technicians in order to assist them with maintaining their schedule and providing excellent customer service.  Monitoring the Calendar so that increases as well as decreases in scheduled inspections, repairs, and service calls can be addressed.
• Developing customer insight and knowledge in order to identify additional business opportunities.

Serving as a member of the front line team in regards to answering the phone.  Job Requirements Include :
