The R6 Regional Council (R6) is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Aging Services Department Director. This position is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and effective operation of R6's Aging Services Department across the six-county region of Juab, Millard, Piute, Sanpete, Sevier, and Wayne counties.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day management for all Aging Services programs.
• Ensure program compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Supervise, mentor, and support a regional team of clerical and program staff.
• Oversee budgeting, fiscal accountability, and resource allocation for department operations.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and program improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with partner agencies, community organizations, and local governments.
• Use data-driven decision-making to monitor program performance and outcomes.
• Manage conflict resolution, employee performance, and team development.
