Team Management : Guide crew members through their shifts, clearly communicating responsibilities, providing feedback, and acknowledging their achievements. Strategic Deployment : Utilize team members optimally throughout the shift to meet guest needs and maintain service standards. Training Support : Assist in training crew members, in line with directives from the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. Performance Accountability : Set clear goals and hold team members accountable during your shift. Guest Satisfaction : Uphold our commitment to guest service, fostering a sense of urgency to meet needs and resolve any issues. Quality Assurance : Ensure that quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Profitability Focus : Oversee the execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives to effectively manage labor and food costs. Safety and Security : Ensure adherence to all policies regarding cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant security. Other duties as assigned Strong communicators with effective math and writing skills. Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and fluent in English. Energetic leaders who can inspire teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
