This is a hybrid role located in Boca Raton for a national firm.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records for bank accounts, balances, treasury systems, and related cost data
Process requests to open and close bank accounts using the treasury workstation
Set up and manage treasury and cash management services across all accounts
Handle internal inquiries related to bank balances and transaction details
Manage user access for all online banking platforms
Keep the list of authorized bank signers up to date
Research and evaluate new banking products and services
Assist with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Collaborate with teams in Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Operations to support treasury-related activities
