Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate nursing care under the direction of physicians and RNs.
- Record patient vitals, administer medications, and provide wound management.
- Support patients with daily living needs, such as hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to promote positive patient outcomes.
