• 7 days of call a month
• B / B urology
• guarantee base is 550k for new MDs, total package 600-900k yr
• looking for someone that wants B / B urology or skilled at robotics
• covering 3 hospitals with a PA - call is rare to go into the hospital, all phone
• open to July 2022 start date
