divh2Program Analyst / h2pThe company is seeking mid-level and senior Program Analysts to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD. / ppstrongResponsibilities / strong / pulliSupports planning, evaluation, review and prioritization of technical and financial resources associated with assigned programs. / liliSupports program, planning, evaluation and financial management functions; as well as the cost analysis and other cost and contractor performance measurement functions for assigned programs. / liliPerforms extensive coordination with Program Managers, other PEOs, DA staff, other services and industry personnel. / liliApplies independent expert knowledge of program planning and evaluation, Army missions, goals and objectives. Independently selects methods, plans and coordinates the details, and carries work through to its conclusion with minimal guidance. Completed work is reviewed for soundness of analysis, the suitability of methods used, and for conformance with organizational analytical procedures and practices. / liliPrepares, coordinates and / or reviews the preparation of portions of written plans, schedules and milestones for accomplishing goals. / liliOrganizes, schedules and assists in administering supporting functions of appropriate meeting for discussion of issues. / liliMonitors operations to identify and rectify problems. / liliEvaluates adequacy of controls and corrective measures and identifies and makes determinations of alternate measures. / li / ulpstrongQualifications / strong / pulliBachelors Degree in business, accounting, finance, or economics (4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree). / liliMinimum years of experience in providing program analysis for multiple large projects : / liulliMid-level : 4 years of experience / liliSenior : 10 years of experience / li / ul / ulpstrongDesired Qualifications / strong / pulliExperience with preparing Program Objective Memorandums (POM) and Procurement Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDTE) Budget Exhibits (PR Forms). Experience with creating and maintaining spend plans.
