Job descriptionCoordinate cross-functional marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines. Assist with creative briefs, asset grid creation for internal design team and external agency. Collaborate with CRM team, our internal design team, and eternal agency to deliver high-quality marketing assets and materials. Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives. Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively address issues as they arise. Communicate project progress, updates, and deliverables to stakeholders. Route all CRM jobs through appropriate stakeholders for approval and through Veeva Vault for regulatory, medical, legal, and compliance sign off. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices, as well as the client's regulations and our product regulations. Proof / QA all emails, SMS / MMS, and Push Notification in detail before they are deployed to our consumers and customers. Engage our Call Center before large CRM deployments so they are aware of any consumer and customer questions that could come in. Prepare project status reports and ensure accurate documentation of project activities. Attention to detail, highly organized, self-starter, autonomous yet collaborative, proactive, planner Proficiency : Microsoft office.

The Planet Group is seeking a CRM Project Coordinator to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical clients.
The CRM Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in our marketing efforts by managing our CRM marketing campaigns through various steps of the campaign process.
- Location : Hybrid in Irvine, CA (3 days on-site)
- Pay : $35-$38 / hr+ depending on experience (W2 and benefit options)
- Duration : 2 years to start (potential for extension / conversion)
