Registered Nurse - Med / Surg - Medical Surgery

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join us to provide services for a Long-Term Acute Care hospital that specializes in the management of complet medical needs. The Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct and comprehensive care to patients.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological needs, create individualized care plans, and implement nursing interventions accordingly.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage patients' pain to ensure their comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement a coordinated care plan.
• Monitor and interpret patients' conditions, recognizing any changes and taking appropriate actions, such as notifying physicians or initiating interventions.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner using electronic health records.
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
