Job descriptionHandle large sales and assist staff to build multiple sales Open and close the store Assist Store Manager in creating an “Effective Sales Team” as evidenced by : motivated and knowledgeable sales staff, sales floor is adequately covered, etc. Communicate with manager regarding fit, popularity, etc., of merchandise Will fully understand and utilize all store software systems Will assist the Store Managers and have a full understanding of all KPI Targets Assist in the upkeep of the store : maintaining store displays and merchandising. May assist with inventory, checking in, and transfers of merchandise Must have complete knowledge of the store’s inventory in clothing, shoes, T-shirts, gifts, souvenirs, sundries, etc. Other duties may be assigned
The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in overall function of the store and in controlling all activities relating to the store’s operation.
