We are seeking a friendly and professional Office Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing necessary information about our services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar.
  • Assist with managing and organizing office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide information to clients about company services and policies.
  • Collect and distribute mail and packages to appropriate staff.

Requirements & Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
