Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing necessary information about our services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar.
- Assist with managing and organizing office supplies and inventory.
- Provide information to clients about company services and policies.
- Collect and distribute mail and packages to appropriate staff.
Requirements & Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
