AR / Collections Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong customer relationships? We're looking for an AR / Collections Specialist to join our team and play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and customer satisfaction. This position offers the chance to work closely with our sales team and gain hands-on experience with advanced ERP systems in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do :

• Partner with the sales team to manage Accounts Receivable and Collections.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve billing issues.
• Utilize the Chempax ERP system (designed for the chemical industry) to manage accounts.
• Perform cash applications and provide exceptional customer service.
• Report to the AP / AR Supervisor as part of a small, close-knit team.
