Job descriptionAdminister and maintain therapies and equipment, including oxygen, aerosol therapy, and ventilators Perform and interpret Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs) Monitor patient responses and medication dosages Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the healthcare team Provide patient education Recognize and report any patient abuse or neglect Minimum 1 year of RRT experience in ICU, CVICU, NICU, PICU, or critical care (home care or long-term care experience may be considered) Florida State Respiratory License NBRC - RRT / CRT Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Must obtain within 30 days of employment Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - Must obtain within 30 days of employment Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - Must obtain within 30 days of employment All standard benefits are available

Description :
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, and maintaining respiratory therapies and equipment, including oxygen, aerosol therapy, and ventilators. You will monitor patient responses, perform and interpret Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care. Additionally, you'll provide patient education and report any concerns about patient safety.
