Description :
Noria is seeking a motivated, high-performing Sales Representative to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This position plays a key role in expanding Noria’s client base by introducing our technical services to new markets and building strong relationships with prospects through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
Responsibilities
Business Development :
- Create and execute sales strategies to target new markets and uncover new business.
- Build strong customer relationships through networking and attending relevant industry events.
- Work new lead lists and engage former customers
- Effectively follow up with customers and prospective clients
Sales Execution :
Engage and influence key decision-makers from mid-level to executives.Fill and maintain a sales pipeline and manage using HubSpot.Deliver persuasive presentations tailored to customer needs and project scopes.Drive Growth. Close $1MM in new business in year 1, $2MM in year 2.Support & Collaboration :
Stay current on all of Noria’s products and services.Participate in product development feedback loops and support marketing efforts.Actively pursue professional growth and process improvement.Collaborate with our technical team to cultivate and expand business opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and present them effectively.Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative team player.The Details

Requirements : Preferred Experience
5+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in an industrial market.Certifications such as ICML, SMRP, or STLE are a plus.
