Pay : $200 for Initial Visit and $175 for Reassessment!

Gotham Companies is hiring UAS Nurses, (Bilingual Required) English And Spanish Speaking : here's what you want to know :

We have assignments New York, NY- in the Bronx, Manhattan, And East Brooklyn. You will have the option to choose any days of the week that you want to work.

Responsibilities :

Perform UAS Assessments in client's home according to state guidelines.

Consult with healthcare providers, review medical records to support assessment outcomes.

Enter data into electronic UAS evaluation form.

Assess eligibility in need of Long Term Care Services

Qualifications :

UAS Certified (Uniform Assessment System for New York)

Minimum 1 year required UAS / Home Care Experience

RN License / New York State Nursing License

BSN Degree

Pay : $200 for Initial Visit and $175 for Reassessment
