CNA PATIENT TRANSPORT DRIVER

We're searching for an individual who has a strong knowledge transportation needs, excellent communication skills and prior experience transporting patients. The successful candidate will have a commitment to maintaining the safety of patients and staff, Certified Nursing Assistant Certification so preference will be given to candidates with experience in the medical field / Nursing Home. This position requires that you be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities :

• Provide transportation to patients who need medical care.
• Take patients to medical appointments.
• Keep accurate records of patients' appointments and complete pre appointment checklist on every transport.
• Collect and clean equipment during breaks.
• Keep facility van clean inside and out. Will have a cleaning schedule for each month for facility van.
