Position Overview Section

Provides requirements representative support and role-based training. Develops training schedules, conducts classroom and scenario-based training, and supports ~14 training events per year. Ensures training effectiveness through evaluations and after-action reviews. Coordinates with ISD to keep curriculum current.

Minimum Position Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have an active Secret clearance, TS / SCI preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience developing and delivering classroom and scenario-based training in a DoD setting. Familiarity or experience developing role-based training for JMPS / JOMS / NOMS environments preferred.
• Must be willing to travel and be located 2-3 hours to Scott AFB, IL.
