Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Verifying invoice details for accuracy, documentation, and appropriate approvals prior to payment.
• Processing payments and preparing garnishment checks as needed.
• Printing, obtaining signatures, and distributing accounts payable checks; preparing cleared checks for storage.
• Maintaining accounts payable reports, spreadsheets, and related corporate files.
• Assisting corporate financial officers and branch personnel as needed.
• Serving as liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments.
• Supporting vendor and internal customer relationships.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

Pay Rate Range : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
