COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)

• Salary : Starting at $344K plus RVU bonus eligibility; moonlighting options ($250 / hr)
• Overnight shift : 10 : 30 PM - 8 AM, 4 shifts weekly (includes 2 overnight weekends / month)
• CME / Indirect Costs : $3,000 plus 3-5 days
• PTO : 14 paid holidays plus 30 additional days off (including sick time, accrues annually)
• Relocation : Assistance based on SBUH and IRS guidelines
• Sign-on bonus offered
• Educational repayment : Non-profit employer, assistance with PSLF (eligibility dependent)
• Benefits : Comprehensive medical / health coverage through Empire BC / BS
• Retirement : 403(b) plan with NY State pension options; employer contributes 8% of annual salary, vested in 3 years
• Malpractice and tail insurance paid
