LPN School 1.1 - $40 per hour

Salary : $40 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday

1 : 1 case for elementary school

The 1 : 1 School LPN is responsible for identifying andaddressing health concerns in students within the school setting. This roleincludes promoting general wellness, providing health education, and supportingdisease prevention efforts. The School LPN / LVN monitors the student's physicalcondition throughout the school day and refers to appropriate healthcareresources when necessary. All care is delivered in accordance with the SchoolLPN scope of practice and in compliance with applicable state educationcodes.

Minimum Requirements :

Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

Current LPN / LVN license in the state which services arebeing provided

One year of school nurse experience, preferred

One-year pediatric experience, pre

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
