Registered Nurse :

The hourly pay for this position ranges from $42.00 to $48.77. All new hires will begin at $42.00 per hour not including education differentials below.

$2.00 / HR additional for BSN

$3.50 / HR additional for MSN

Wage differentials do not compound.

LVN

Our LVN hourly wage ranges are listed below. All new hires will start at the base wage for the position.

LVN I - $30.00 to $34.84

LVN II - $33.00 to $38.32

Hmong and Spanish speakers who successfully pass a language exam will receive an additional .75 hourly differential to their wage.

Registered Nurse - Role Overview

The RN delivers general nursing care both in the clinic and over the phone, ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care through triage, visits, and coordination with providers. Acting as a clinical leader on the Care Team, the RN also provides oversight for LVNs and MAs, contributes to patient education, and supports chronic care management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform phone and in-person triage for urgent patient needs.
• Manage 4-6 patient visits per day, including immunizations, education, and co-visits.
• Assess patients using protocols or provider guidance; document care in the EHR.
• Administer medications and vaccines per provider orders or standing protocols.
• Facilitate chronic care management, outreach, and care coordination.
• Lead or assist with daily huddles, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Licensed Vocational Nurse - Role Overview

The LVN support providers by preparing patients for exams, performing diagnostic procedures, and assisting with in-clinic treatments, while also mentoring MAs and contributing to smooth clinic operations.
