Job description5+ Years-experience in HVAC (required) Experience in both Residential & Commercial HVAC Systems Universal EPA Certification (required) High School Diploma or Equivalent (required) Familiar with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills Experience in Bidding and Installing RTUs Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities Must have a valid driver’s license Must pass Drug Screening and Criminal Background Check Must be authorized to work in the United States (required) Life, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan, w / Company Match Program Company provided Fleet Vehicle w / Fleet Fuel Card and iPass Company provided Mobile Device and iPad PTO and 6 Paid Holidays Competitive, Bi-Weekly Pay Employee discount Tuition reimbursement 8-hour shift On call Overtime required

US ALLIED PLUMBING & HVAC, LLC. / LEAD HVAC TECHNICIAN
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Prepare Estimate and Bid on Residential & Commercial Projects
- Install new Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Respond to Emergency Maintenance requests
- Participate in all training exercises, morning meetings and technical vendor training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high quality installations
