Job descriptionPTCB certification and active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license required Non-dispensing pharmacy environment Cross-training opportunities after primary role proficiency Potential for conversion to full-time employee Process prescriptions, troubleshoot cases, triage calls, oversee automation, and support daily pharmacy operations. Serve as a subject matter expert for digital pharmacy operations to support cross-functional teams. Assist with ongoing digital pharmacy projects to improve services and optimize workflows. Engage with internal and external software vendors to provide feedback and collaborate on updates. Follow all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Support the Pharmacist in Charge in maintaining regulatory compliance at all times. Must be able to work flexible hours in the future as pharmacy operations expand. Active PTCB National Certification Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (additional state licenses a plus) At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy, medical, or customer service setting strongly preferred Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed Flexibility to work evening / weekend hours or holiday rotations if required Friendly, outgoing, patient, and empathetic demeanor Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment Desire to provide high-quality support as part of a healthcare team
A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pharmacy Technician (Remote) .
This role is with a major healthcare organization and offers strong long-term potential.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Compensation
The pay rate is $20-$25 / hr
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
A 401(k) with company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service.
