Cyber Security COE Project Manager

This Cybersecurity COE Project Manager role in Washington, DC, supports a Randstad client by overseeing complex cybersecurity initiatives within the organization, particularly the Cyber Technology SOGR project. The Project Manager will work across multiple departments, liaise with various vendors, and utilize a structured approach to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and changes. Key qualifications include PMP and SAFe certifications and proficiency in Jira and Confluence, along with strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with technical leads, team members, and consultants / contractors.
• Develop and maintain essential project documents, including Project Charters, Management Plans, Requirements, Design, Test Plans, and Implementation documents.
• Produce weekly status reports on program progress.
• Conduct project status and other necessary meetings.
• Manage project schedules in Masterworks and report on variances.
• Maintain SharePoint project sites for document storage and tracking.
• Ensure project schedules and baselines are quality-assured and well-maintained.
• Report and manage risks with an ongoing risk mitigation plan.
• Track issues, utilize change management processes, and publish regular project reports.
• Deliver weekly status updates detailing activities, accomplishments, issues, and resolutions.
• Complete all activities required for operational readiness reviews on time.
• Evaluate product and proposal criteria for project alignment.
• Work with SAFe teams to deliver capabilities and maintain PLM artifacts.
