Midwest Pool Management - Kansas City is hiring lifeguards for the 2026 summer season. MPM-KC manages swimming pools all over the Kansas City metro area, offering tons of fun for the citizens of the KC area, clients we serve, and the employees we take care of. Below is a list of requirements to join our award-winning team at MPM-KC :

• All applicants must be 15 years of age or older by the date of their lifeguard certification class.
• Keep the pool safe. The first, and most important, responsibility of all lifeguards is to promote safety by preventing accidents, as well as having the confidence and ability to perform a rescue when necessary.

Complete requirements for the StarGuard Training Program (or equivalent).

Swim lessons

Employees are expected to be available a minimum of 18 hours a week and must work at least four weekend days a month (2 Saturdays and Sundays, 4 Saturdays, 4 Sundays, or any combination their in.)
