What you'll be doing
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders to support model design.
- Develop a foundational understanding of insurance concepts and terminology, including individual life insurance, annuities, group insurance, and / or retirement planning.
- Support the design, build, and maintenance of Anaplan lists, modules, pages, actions, and other model settings under the guidance of senior model builders.
- Perform model maintenance and configuration to ensure model integrity and performance.
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing Anaplan models for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate as part of the Anaplan Center of Excellence to enhance end-user support and drive Anaplan adoption across the organization.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Anaplan best practices and stay current with emerging trends in the ecosystem.
What we’re looking for
Must-Haves :
Anaplan Certified Model Builder certified or equivalent training completed.1-3 years of experience working with Anaplan or another EPM tool, with a desire to develop expertise in model building.Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus on key objectives.Demonstrates a willingness to learn and grow within the role.Ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information.Nice To-Haves :
Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.Exposure to QuickSight, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence tools.Basic knowledge of the insurance domain, including individual life insurance, annuities, group insurance, and / or retirement planning.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Why Join Us

The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
