Job description

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Sign-On Bonus

A community-based hospital has engaged MLee Healthcare to recruit a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join their team. We seek licensed, well-skilled, highly productive team players to work with their program.

Job Type :

  • Day Shift / Night Shift

Responsibilities :

  • Performs assessment / data collection in an ongoing systematic manner, focusing on psychological and cognitive status.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of oxygen concentrations and medication doses as they relate to patients of varying ages,

    • including neonate, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients.

  • Formulates a goal directed plan of care which is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.

    • Requirements :

  • Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
  • Experience : Acute care experience preferred.
  • Must maintain a valid Certificate to Practice Respiratory Care issued by the New Jersey Medical Board.
  • Current AHA BLS Certification
  • Two+ years of experience is preferred
