A well-established agribusiness is seeking an Agricultural Sales Consultant to support continued growth across an assigned territory. This role focuses on relationship-based sales, customer outreach, and providing product solutions across commodities and crop nutrition inputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with producers and agribusiness customers
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and confident cold calling
- Identify customer needs and offer product recommendations
- Answer questions related to commodity and fertilizer products
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and prepare sales agreements
- Maintain organized contact lists, pipelines, and follow-up schedules
- Stay knowledgeable about product lines, market conditions, and seasonal demands
