Duties : - Provide resident teaching / precepting. - The attending physician for any children admitted through the ER or by direct admit. - The attending for newborns admitted to the well-baby nursery after delivery.

Required Procedures : Pediatric resuscitation and intubation and lumbar punctures.

EMR : Cerner Care B

Other Info : - Does not have ICU patients; A PICU & NICU is covered by neonatologists. - Emergency codes are run by EM physicians. - Neonatologists will attend all high-risk deliveries.

Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements : Active CA License

BC / BE (If BE : 3 yrs post residency)
