LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Peds - Anesthesiology MD in Tennessee!

About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens position in Tennessee. This role is an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to expand their experience in pediatric anesthesiology. The assignment involves a set schedule in a supportive environment, focusing on pediatric cases, and begins in early fall.

Job Details

  • Location : Tennessee
  • Start Date : Sep 8, 2025
  • LOA : 240 days
  • Provider Type Needed : Pediatric Anesthesiologist
  • Schedule : M-F 8a-5p (2-4 weeks / month), with potential for adding call

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide anesthesia care for pediatric patients, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative services
  • Manage and administer anesthesia during surgical procedures
  • Monitor patient status and provide appropriate anesthetic care
  • Collaborate with surgical teams and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and document all anesthesia-related activities

    • Additional Information

  • Must be fellowship trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology
  • Required Board Certifications : Pediatric Anesthesiology
  • Other Required Certifications : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
  • Must be licensed in TN
  • EMR System : Epic
