Job Summary :

We are seeking a Business Analyst I to join our team, focusing on reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs to align with our overall business strategies. The ideal candidate should have an associate s degree in a related field or 0-2 years of experience, possessing familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry. This role involves working under immediate supervision, following established guidelines without the need for independent judgment, while reporting directly to a manager.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze business systems and user needs.
• Formulate systems that align with overall business strategies.
• Validate requirements and perform system tests.
• Document findings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Work within a team environment to support project completion.
