Job Overview

The Regional Director of Community Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and strategic direction of an assigned book of community associations. This regional Director plays a critical role in aligning business outcomes with corporate goals, driving operational excellence, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships with boards of directors, residents, vendors, internal partners and associates. The position requires a results‑driven leader with a deep understanding of property management, financial oversight, team leadership, and customer service. The Regional Director ensures that company standards are met while cultivating a positive and service‑focused culture across all communities under their supervision.

• Direct and manage the daily operations of multiple community management teams within the assigned region.
