About the Role
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for providing operational oversight across a network of facilities, ensuring that strategic initiatives are implemented effectively across all functions including regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and financial and resource management. You will partner closely with senior leadership to shape the operational vision, drive expansion of the business, optimize performance and scalability, and align operations with broader business objectives. You will also manage the day-to-day operational execution, oversee budgets and financial viability, and ensure that all processes, systems and teams are geared toward delivering results and sustaining growth.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelors degree, preferably in accounting, finance or a related field, and will bring at least 10 years' experience in the industry with a minimum of 7 years in a supervisory or leadership role. An MBA or MHA is preferred. You should have a solid understanding of relevant healthcare regulations, demonstrated capacity to lead operations across multiple sites, strong strategic, financial and resource management skills, and the ability to drive and sustain growth in a dynamic environment.
