Job descriptionConsults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Prepares and administers medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and documents per policy Reports adverse reactions to medications or treatments Educates patients on surgical procedures and post-treatment care Records patients’ medical information and vital signs Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment, interprets and records data Initiates corrective actions for adverse symptoms Provides bedside care for medical, pre-op, and post-op patients Implements patient education plans as prescribed by physicians Changes dressings, inserts catheters, starts IVs Prepares equipment and assists physicians during examinations and treatments Responds to life-saving situations per nursing standards and protocol Participates in discharge planning Utilizes time management skills Records all care information accurately and timely Performs other duties as assigned depending on setting Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS (AHA only, must be attached to submission) License : WY RN or multistate RN (must be attached to resume) Experience : 2 years recent Med / Surg RN experience in hospital setting May care for pediatric / adolescent patients occasionally (no dedicated peds unit) May float between Lander & Riverton campuses based on census Years of Clinical Experience : Years of Travel Experience : EMR Experience : Certifications on File : Previous work at Community Hospital facility (Y / N)? If yes, list facility, dates, and manager SSN & DOB, RTR, and Vendor Submittal Packet attached (Y / N) : Requested Time Off within 3 months : (list dates if any) Available interview times in next 72 hours : SageWest coversheet must be attached to submission (use required template) Any submittals without the required documents will be rejected Holiday Pay Weekly pay Guaranteed Hours 401k retirement plan Medical benefits Mileage reimbursement Referral bonus License and certification reimbursement Dental benefits
