Section 1 : Position Summary
Responsible for supporting the team in providing a high level of service to both internal and external clients; provide timely and accurate processing of specified trust operational activities within the department while meeting daily / weekly / monthly SLAs. This role involves a deep understanding of alternative assets, investment documentation, prohibited transaction rules and effective communication with external clients as it relates to the individual role and the organization as a whole.
Section 2 : Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Timely and accurately review, process and execute investment purchases (real estate, promissory notes, LLCs, private stock, precious metals etc)
- Research and report potentially fraudulent or prohibited transactions
- Handle time sensitive or escalated client requests via phone and email
- Utilize workflow management systems for review, processing and verification of all requests
- Follow up with clients / agents / investment companies regarding pending transactions and timely processing of investment purchases
- Provide management reporting as required
- Achieve SLA's, and work with other departments to increase interdependency awareness
- Visualize the big picture and understand details to achieve a desired outcome
- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and / or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients.
