Attorney- Insurance Defense

Boutique St. Clair Shores Insurance Defense law firm is seeking motivated candidates for

• Associate Attorney positions
• . Candidates must have a desire to work with a great deal of autonomy and responsibility in a dynamic and growing practice.

Our practice covers a wide range of litigation matters, including :

• General negligence
• Premises liability
• Dog bite cases
• PIP, UIM / UM, and third-party auto claims
• Professional liability
• Medical malpractice
• Insurance coverage disputes
• Construction defect and construction-site accident litigation
• And other related practice areas
• Qualifications :
• Active Michigan law license
• 2–8 years of litigation experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Confident oral advocacy skills
• Ability to manage assignments with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility
• Have an understanding of Insurance Defense
• Responsibilities :
• 165-200 monthly billable hours
• Research and draft motions, briefs, and other pleadings
• Analyze legal issues and prepare detailed memoranda
• Collaborate with litigation team
• Handle oral arguments
• Contribute to a dynamic and growing practice with significant client interaction
• Compensation :
• Salary commensurate with experience
