Position Summary : Assisting the Site Manager in the immediate responsibility for the pig care, weekend and holiday chore rotation, load in / out, power washing, & maintenance at Passel Farms managed facilities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Accurate & timely feed ordering
• Following protocols & procedures set by the Site and Service Manager
• Ensuring proper environment for pig health & performance
• Administration of medications, vaccinations, and supplies
• Regular cleaning and organization of office area
• Assist with maintenance, site care, and manure control
• Maintain and update all records as required and meet all deadlines
• Immediate response to alarm conditions
• Power washing & disinfecting between groups including the loading chutes.
• Timely completion of the minimum Grow / Finish expectations list.
• Prioritization of workload.
