Physical Therapist - Bedford, IN (New Graduates can also apply)

Job Type : Full-time / Contract

Shifts : Monday-Friday | No weekends or holidays | 4-day work week option (10-hour shifts)

Specialty Areas : Neurology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine, Geriatrics

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy treatment across the lifespan (pediatrics ~10% of caseload).
• Evaluate patients, establish individualized care plans, and implement treatment programs.
• Diagnose and assess patient movement, functional ability, and goals for recovery.
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, home exercise programs, and long-term care strategies.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with insurance and regulatory standards.
• Participate in continuing education, workshops, and professional growth opportunities.
