Our Construction client in Auburn, WA is growing seeking a full time employee that has experience in Payroll / HR / IT. This Support Specialist will be responsible for processing weekly payroll as well as managing and supporting the core functions of human resources and IT. This role is hybrid and is ideal for someone with a truely a generalist with a broad skill sets.

- Administer employee records, benefits and payroll coordination.
- Process weekly union & non-union payroll and related tax and union reporting as required.

Own the onboarding process of all new hires including IT set up, new hire training.Own working with third-party HR consulting company in HR policies and procedures.Own the company compliance program.First point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.Own as first point of contract for injury.Information
Responsible for working with third-party IT provider to provide basic IT support to staff.Responsible for working with third-party IT provider to manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols.Responsible for working with third-party IT provider to oversee technology inventory.Responsible for working with our third-party IT provider in drafting, updating and maintaining IT policies.Comp to 97K+ Benefits
