The Senior Manager, Earnings Governance within Last Mile Delivery Trust & Safety is an individual contributor role focused on ensuring fair, transparent, and compliant tipping practices for delivery drivers. This data-driven position leads cross-functional initiatives and projects that strengthen earnings integrity and driver trust. The role analyzes tipping data, develops governance frameworks, and partners across Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance to align policies with business objectives and regulatory standards. Through data insights and collaboration, the Senior Manager helps drive responsible growth and continuous improvement in Walmart's earnings ecosystem.
About the Team
The Earnings Governance team within Last Mile Delivery Trust & Safety ensures fair, transparent, and compliant earnings for Spark drivers. By analyzing data and governing models, the team shapes policies that promote consistency and responsible growth. Collaborating closely with Product, Legal, Operations, and Finance, the team supports informed earnings decisions that strengthen driver trust and advance Walmart's Last Mile delivery network. This group drives operational excellence through cross-functional leadership, process improvement, and data-driven insights, contributing to the continuous enhancement of business efficiency and sustainable growth.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications : Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects Masters, Masters : Operations Management Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
