LOCATION : 2600 South 2nd Street, Pekin, IL 61554

STATUS : PRN

SCHEDULE :   Eight (8) hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm; excluding Federal holidays.

REQUIREMENTS :

US Citizen

Must be American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certified.

Preferred) two (2) years of hospital experience or two (2) years of ambulatory care experience.

DESCRIPTION :

Diagnostic / screening radiologic services to inmates identified by clinical staff as needed.

Perform taking and processing x-ray studies though the CR imaging system as clinically needed.

Pertinent patient information will be documented and will be entered as needed and as required.

Retrieve, maintain, file and monitor all reports and results.

Participate in management assessment and Improving Organization Performance studies as required by the Bureau of Prisons standards.
