Schedule : Days | 5x8s | Monday–Friday (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM)

(May require early start depending on department needs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join a collaborative radiology team at a top-tier medical center. The candidate will perform routine diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures and may assist with training or leading other techs.

Responsibilities :

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals.

Ensure radiation safety protocols and quality control standards are followed.

Operate advanced nuclear medicine equipment.

Maintain accurate patient documentation in EPIC

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver exceptional care.

Equipment Used :

Siemens EVO SPECT cameras

Philips Forte camera

NMIS (Nuclear Medicine Information System) for hot lab management

EPIC for patient registration and charting

Synapse PACS for image review and storage

Requirements :

NYS Nuclear Medicine Technologist License / Registration – REQUIRED

ARRT (N) or CNMT certification in Nuclear Medicine – REQUIRED

CPR / BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Must be board eligible if not currently certified

Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine protocols, radiopharmaceutical handling, and imaging equipment

Prior hospital-based nuclear medicine experience preferred
