OVERVIEW
A well-established national commercial real estate company is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a Class A office building located in Stamford, Connecticut. The Assistant Property Manager will be on‑site daily to help manage all aspects of the property including managing tenant and vendor relations, coordinating and overseeing building maintenance and capital improvement projects, budgeting and financial reporting and compliance. This position is full‑time and requires strong communication and organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Compensation will be competitive, including base salary range of $70,000‑$80,000 per year, benefits, and an opportunity for bonus.
