Your Mission
We are expanding the SAP Application Management Services (AMS) Business and you play a key roleYou design and manage SAP AMS solutions & engagements from opportunity to delivery in the SAP teamTogether with the sales organization and the SAP team, you work on offers and take over the tasks of service delivery management in SAP AMS engagementsIndependent planning and control of service, support and maintenance tasks in the application environment as well as responsibility for projects during the transition and service provisionCoordination and management of local, nearshore and offshore delivery units, requirements of our customers and the conduct of status meetings (internal / external)Point of contact for emergency and escalation management for customers including the establishment and expansion of business relationshipsYour Skillset
