About The Job
Tailored Brands Enterprise Data Engineering & BI team drives our data-forward strategy, supporting stakeholders across the organization and delivering a legendary customer experience. This leadership role will build cross-functional relationships, educate stakeholders, and partner with data teams to ensure governance standards and policies adhere to industry best practices and deliver rapid, impactful benefits. The role partners with data analysts, data engineers, Privacy, Security, Compliance teams, and business stakeholders to develop and manage data governance solutions that meet organizational needs. The right candidate has strong retail domain knowledge, curiosity, a growth mindset, expertise in data management, security and compliance, and a proven track record of driving data governance practices. The role reports to the Director of BI Platform and Data Analytics.

Work Environment
Hours regularly 40 hours per week, with a hybrid work location option at our Houston, TX or Dublin, CA Corporate Offices. Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods and perform typical office duties. Light lifting up to 25 pounds may be required.
