Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to set up, program, and operate conventional, special-purpose, and CNC machine tools for both metallic and non-metallic parts. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi-axis machines and the ability to read and interpret blueprints to produce precision parts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, and sample parts to determine specifications and setup requirements.
• Measure and mark materials for machining, ensuring accuracy of dimensions and tolerances.
• Select, align, and secure appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for milling, lathing, grinding, and other machining processes.
• Set controls for machining factors such as speed, feed rate, coolant flow, and cutting depth / angle.
• Program and operate CNC machinery; troubleshoot and adjust as needed.
• Conduct trial runs and verify machine settings and programmed data.
• Inspect and verify finished parts against specifications using precision measuring tools.
• Fit and assemble machined parts into finished assemblies.
• Install machined parts into equipment and perform tests for functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve machining or assembly issues.
• Develop specifications from general concepts and prepare part sketches as needed.

Pay Details : $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
