Senior Production Designer, Global Visual Merchandising

Role Summary

The Senior Production Designer plays a key role within the Global Creative Visual Merchandising team of a leading luxury beauty brand, acting as the critical bridge between conceptual design and production execution. Reporting to the ED of Design, this individual partners closely with 3D merchandising designers, 2D creative and concept teams, copywriters, and cross-functional stakeholders. The primary goal is to ensure that the brand's visual storytelling is executed flawlessly across all global in-store and event touchpoints.

This role requires a highly refined design sensibility, a deep understanding of production processes, and the ability to execute projects efficiently while supporting the ED of Design in maintaining visual consistency and excellence across all global markets.
