We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Delivery Expert to join our team in Suffolk, United States. As a Delivery Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include :

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers' locations
• Accurately process customer orders, including receiving phone orders and using computer systems
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring correct monetary change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and work area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Adhere to company policies, food safety standards, and traffic laws
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report any issues to management
• Assist with additional in-store tasks as needed, such as food preparation or cleaning

Qualifications include :

Physical requirements include :

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping / bending, crouching / squatting, reaching, driving, and hand tasks. Team Members may be required to utilize pencils / pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel. Driving specific job duties include delivering product by car and then to door of customer, and delivering flyers and door hangers. Requires valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards and access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
