On-Call Shift Schedule : Weekend / Holiday Rounding 1 : 8 or better

EMR System : EPIC fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII

Office Equipment Available : Standard psychiatric care tools

Specialty Backup Available : Collegial physician group within growing system

Support Staff Available : Support department for EMR and clinical operations

Reason for Coverage : Growth and system expansion of psychiatry services

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active IN license (or ability to obtain)

Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Experience : Open to all experience levels

Other Qualifications : EPIC EMR proficiency; supportive, team-based work culture

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric services

Participate in 1 : 8 or better weekend / holiday inpatient rounding

Utilize EPIC EMR system for all documentation

Collaborate with a collegial and expanding physician group

Support the continued development of psychiatry services in a growth-oriented health system
